Heat Recovery (Economizers):
Boiler’s efficiency can be improved by reducing the temperature of the exhaust gases from the boiler with one or more economizers installed in series at the gases outlet, reducing their temperature and maximizing the recovery of residual heat.
For Thermal Fluid heaters:
The temperature of the heat transfer fluid in Thermal Fluid heaters can be quite high therefore there is great potential to save energy, recovering heat from the exhaust gases.
- Exhaust Gas/ Thermal Fluid Economizer to preheat the thermal fluid when it returns to the heater.
- Exhaust Gas/ Process Water Economizer
- Exhaust Gas/ Air Economizer, together with burners suitable for hot combustion air.
For Steam Boilers
- Exhaust Gas/ Water Economizer for preheating the feed water of the boiler or another separated water circuit for other uses (process water, sanitary hot water, ...)
- Exhaust Gas/ Air Economizer, together with burners suitable for hot combustion air.
For Hot Water Boilers:
The exhaust gas temperature is lower than the temperature of exhaust gases from steam boilers or thermal fluid heaters.
- Condensing economizers, made of stainless steel, in which the water returning to the boiler is preheated, or other water flows, for example hot sanitary water, is preheated.
